Standard delivery is 3-5 working days from dispatch except where the item is personalised. Personalised items will take around 7-10 working days from dispatch, so please email us prior to ordering if you have a specific timeframe you need to work towards.
Please note that orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Personalised items can also not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your order if this is the case.
All requests for returns must be made to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage / fault and a description within the timeframe.
Non-damaged items will only be accepted back on a discretionary basis (excluding personalised orders) - dependant on supplier. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need to know if this will be the case.
We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases and that any faulty items are corrected immediatly, however it is important that you follow the 3-day procedure in order to be eligable for this - we thank you for your co-operation.
